Modern Slavery & Responsible Sourcing Statement — FY2026

ALS Analytical Ltd. is an independent analytical testing laboratory headquartered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong SAR, with 47 employees as at 31 December 2025. Our supply chain consists primarily of reagents, reference standards, consumables, instrument service contracts, and IT services.

We assess modern-slavery risk annually. The highest inherent risks in our supply chain relate to:

• Contract cleaning and building maintenance (labour-intensive, migrant-worker exposure).
• Courier logistics ‘last mile’ in some Southeast-Asian corridors.
• Manufacture of certain reagents and consumables sourced from regions with elevated ILO risk scores.

• All suppliers accepted onto the approved-vendor list complete a Responsible-Sourcing questionnaire covering labour, wages, health-and-safety, and grievance mechanisms.
• Purchase orders above HKD 250,000 per year require the counterparty to confirm compliance with the ILO fundamental conventions.
• We prefer suppliers that publish a Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar audit or equivalent.
• Contract-cleaning is single-sourced through a Hong Kong Living Wage-accredited provider (Coastal Facilities Ltd.).

Procurement, HR, and operations staff undertake modern-slavery e-learning at induction and annually thereafter. All employees are informed of how to raise concerns via the Whistleblowing Policy (COM-024).

• 100 % of active suppliers with annual spend > HKD 250,000 completed the Responsible-Sourcing questionnaire in FY2025.
• No modern-slavery concerns were raised through any reporting channel in FY2025.
• Two on-site supplier audits were conducted in FY2025 (courier partner and reagent supplier) with no findings above ‘observation’.
