Accessibility Statement

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for als-analytical.hk and the client portal. Where a specific page falls short of that target, it is listed under Known limitations (§03).

• Semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and skip-to-content links.
• Colour contrast tested to WCAG 2.2 AA using APCA-style checks.
• Keyboard-only navigation supported end-to-end for critical workflows (submit sample, download CoA, raise appeal).
• Focus indicators preserved and visible.
• All non-text content has appropriate text alternatives.
• Reflows correctly to 320 CSS-pixel viewports without loss of function.
• Language declared per page; document language of CoA PDFs is embedded in metadata.
• Independent accessibility audit by TetraLogical Ltd. annually.

• Some legacy chromatogram-viewer components rely on canvas rendering; a tabular fallback is provided beside every chart.
• PDF reports issued before June 2024 may not include a full tagged-PDF structure. Re-issue as a tagged PDF is available on request at no cost.
• Real-time instrument dashboards (admin only) target WCAG 2.1 AA and are being upgraded during 2026.
