Submission process
Four stages from quote request to signed CoA.
Step 01T-01
Submit
Request a quote with sample type, quantity, and required test. We reply within one business day with a scoped quote, submission form, and shipping label.
Step 02T-02
We test
Sample received under chain-of-custody, logged with a unique serial. Analysis runs on calibrated, method-validated instruments — same method sheet, every time.
Step 03T-03
Review
Results reviewed by an authorised technical signatory (not the analyst). QA-audited against method acceptance criteria before release.
Step 04T-04
Certified report
Signed PDF certificate of analysis, delivered via secure client portal. Raw data retained 5 years, exportable on request.
